What are the main differences between Tustena CRM and SalesForce?
Although they are both web based CRM solutions, it is not easy to compare them. SalesForce offers 3 versions of the same product at very different prices, moreover a good number of functionalities are available only by paying an additional fee. Tustena does not have a "light" or "reduced" version, therefore all of it's functionalities are available to everyone. As for available functionalities, Tustena is somewhere between the Professional and Enterprise versions of SalesForce.
