OnDemand support/assistance agreement

The support service for the OnDemand version is included in the subscription and does not require an additional contract.

This service includes:

  • Installation and first configuration assistance.
  • Telephone and e-mail support during business hours.
  • System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).

Business support/assistance agreement

All necessary assistance needed in order to run Tustena CRM on your own server is included in the annual Business fee.

This service includes:

  • Tustena CRM installation.
  • Updates and implementations.
  • Telephone and e-mail support.
  • System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).

In this version the assistance doesn't cover:**

  • Assistance on compilation and/or modification of the code.
  • End-user technical or usage assistance.

**These services may however be acquired by stipulating an additional agreement. Please contact our customer service for a personal quote.


Retail support/assistance agreement

Assistance for the Retail version of Tustena CRM may be covered by subscribing to our support package for an extremely convenient annual fee!

This service includes:

  • Tustena CRM installation.
  • Updates and implementations for a year.
  • Telephone and e-mail support.
  • System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).

In this version the assistance doesn't cover:**

  • Assistance on compilation and/or modification of the code.
  • End-user technical or usage assistance.
