OnDemand support/assistance agreement
The support service for the OnDemand version is included in the subscription and
does not require an additional contract.
This service includes:
- Installation and first configuration assistance.
- Telephone and e-mail support during business hours.
- System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).
Business support/assistance agreement
All necessary assistance needed in order to run Tustena CRM on your own server
is included in the annual Business fee.
This service includes:
- Tustena CRM installation.
- Updates and implementations.
- Telephone and e-mail support.
- System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).
In this version the assistance doesn't cover:**
- Assistance on compilation and/or modification of the code.
- End-user technical or usage assistance.
**These services may however be acquired by stipulating an additional agreement.

Retail support/assistance agreement
Assistance for the Retail version of Tustena CRM may be covered by
subscribing to our support package for an extremely convenient annual fee!
This service includes:
- Tustena CRM installation.
- Updates and implementations for a year.

- System add-ons and extensions (previously agreed upon).
In this version the assistance doesn't cover:**
- Assistance on compilation and/or modification of the code.
