The company sought to expand its customer base, trying to meet their needs with targeted solutions and gripping promotional activities, built on information gathered. The ability to keep in touch with old and potential customers it's  essential. It is also important to identify and understand their expectations in order to offer services and products that satisfy the request, and differ from the competitors. In addition, there was the need for a CRM fully integrated with Mago.Net, the ERP adopted by Intercoins. The software previously used, Sugar CRM, wasn't integrated with Mago.Net and for that reason the sharing information between the two software was hard and intricate


SOLUTION

 

Intercoins chose to move to Tustena CRM (On-Site solution). This choice is due to the fact that Tustena is the first web-based CRM to be fully integrated Mago.Net through the interface with Magic Link by Mago.Net. In this way we have protected the investment accounting system, and extending the capabilities front-and back-office. Also we have ensured, the mutual flow of information such as customers, quotations, orders, invoices and other information. All this in a secure system. Tustena CRM has provided all the tools needed to develop and improve the company business and save precius time thanks to the several possibilities that Tustena offers: Managing resources, communicate directly with customers, provide a complete picture of information on each consumer and the possibility of targeted marketing activities and personalized.
